[Invitaion] Petr Gladysh, Russia

Petr Gladysh is a graduate of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory in the specialty "Cello" (class of People's Artist of the USSR, Professor Natalia Shakhovskaya) and the professional retraining program of the Moscow Conservatory of the Department of Opera and Symphony Conducting (class of People's Artist of the Russian Federation, Professor Valery Polyansky).

At the moment, Petr Gladysh is improving his skills under the guidance of the chief conductor of the Mikhailovsky Theater Alexander Soloviev during the course "Opera and Symphony Conducting" of the Russian Gnesins Academy of Music. 


 

 

Since 2017, Petr Gladysh has been the first leader of the cello group of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia under Vladimir Spivakov. In the same year, the musician was admitted to the National Philharmonic conductor-trainee group. In May 2018, Petr Gladysh performed with the National Philharmonic of Russia for the first time at the Tchaikovsky Concert Hall. The conductor's next performances with the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia took place in 2019 and 2021.
 
The musician's performances as a conductor took place in concert halls in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Poland, and the Republic of Belarus. Since 2017, Petr Gladysh has been a regular participant of the international “Eurochestries" festival of youth orchestras as a conductor (2017 - Qingdao, China; 2018 and 2019 - Pont, France).  

 

 

In 2019, at the Palacido de Bellas Artes (Mexico City), the musician performed as a guest conductor of the "Musica Iberoamericana" orchestra. In February 2020, in the Great Hall of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory Pyotr Gladysh performed as the conductor of the Concert Symphony Orchestra of the Moscow Conservatory in the framework of the IV International "Winter Dreams" Festival where the musician conducted the Moscow premiere of the Concerto for cello and orchestra "Jacob's Dream" by Baruch Berliner (soloist - winner of the XIII International Tchaikovsky Competition Sergey Antonov).
