갈래말래~(K풍류) 창립 취지문

대한민국의 풍부한 문화 자원을 바탕으로, K-한류의 새로운 지평을 열어갈 ‘갈래말래~(K풍류)’가 탄생하였습니다. 이것은 단순한 모임이 아니라 우리 삶의 품격을 높이고, 지속 가능한 문화 생태계를 구축하기 위한 첫걸음입니다.

오늘날 세계는 문화가 경제를 이끌고, 예술이 국가의 품격을 좌우하는 시대입니다. 갈래말래는 글로벌 시장 속에서 K-문화의 경쟁력을 확장하고, 한국의 미감(美感)과 정서를 세계와 나누기 위한 민간 차원의 문화 네트워크 플랫폼이 될 것입니다. 각자의 분야에서 활동하는 회원들의 자발적인 참여와 네트워크를 통해, 예술과 관광, 콘텐츠와 산업을 잇는 새로운 한류 패러다임을 만들어 갈 것입니다.

‘갈래말래~’라는 이름에는 “갈래? 말래?”라는 자유로운 물음 속에 스스로 선택하고 참여하는 자율의 정신이 담겨 있습니다. 억지로가 아닌 즐김으로, 보여주기식이 아닌 나눔으로, 우리는 한국적 멋과 맛, 정서와 풍류를 세계 속에 발산할 것입니다.

향후 갈래말래는 한국의 전통과 현대를 아우르는 글로벌 문화 투어 브랜드로 발전해, 세계인이 찾는 K-풍류의 중심지로 자리매김할 것입니다. 더 나아가 지역과 세대를 아우르는 창조적 연대의 장으로, 예술이 곧 삶이 되는 문화공동체를 실현할 것입니다.

 때문에 “갈래말래~는 단순한 모임이 아니라, 시대를 앞서가는 문화운동입니다.” 우리의 작은 선택이 모여, 세계를 향한 큰 울림이 되기를 기대합니다. 이제 대한민국의 풍류가 세계로 흐를 시간입니다.

Founding Statement of “Gallae Mallae~ (K-Pungnyu)”

Built upon Korea’s rich cultural heritage, Gallae Mallae~ (K-Pungnyu) has been established to open a new horizon for K-Hallyu.

This is not merely an association, but the first step toward elevating the quality of our lives and creating a sustainable cultural ecosystem.

Today, culture drives economies, and art defines the dignity of nations. Gallae Mallae will serve as a cultural network platform that expands the global competitiveness of K-culture and shares Korea’s unique sense of beauty and emotion with the world. Through the voluntary participation and collaboration of members from diverse fields, it will build a new paradigm of Hallyu connecting art, tourism, content, and industry.

The name “Gallae Mallae~” (meaning “Shall we go or not?”) embodies a spirit of autonomy — the freedom to choose and participate. Not through compulsion but through joy, not for show but for sharing, we will radiate the charm, taste, and emotional richness of Korean Pungnyu to the world.

Looking ahead, Gallae Mallae will grow into a global cultural tour brand that embraces both Korean tradition and modernity, becoming the hub of K-Pungnyu sought after by people around the world. Furthermore, it will serve as a creative network uniting regions and generations, realizing a cultural community where art becomes life itself.

Thus, “Gallae Mallae~ is not just an association — it is a forward-looking cultural movement.”

We hope that our small yet meaningful choices will resonate across the world.

Now, it is time for Korea’s Pungnyu to flow beyond borders.
